An order placed from within the country is normally dispatched within 1-3 business days but for COD orders we take 2-4 business days. However due to the ongoing COVID-19, the shipping of your orders could be delayed. Our normal delivery time is 3-5 days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.
PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery in case of any defect exchange. (Since all orders are manufactured on demand specially for your order - we do not allow cancellation after 24 hours once the order is placed)
We only accept replacement if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. Once approved, we will send the replacement of the same product in 6-9 days.
If product is unavailable the refund will be processed from our end within 24 hours from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in form of store credit within 24 hours after a successful verification of the product by our team.
We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet.
If the order is shipped out, we will add store credit and deduct ₹60 of shipping and ₹90 for taking back the product upto 500g and after every 500g cost gets doubled.
All the refunds will be processed within 24 hrs. after we have received the product. Customers should ensure that product should not be damaged while returning it, all the tags and packaging should be undamaged. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customized on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.
