Return & Cancellation Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery in case of any defect exchange. We do not accept cancellations 8 hours after an order has been placed. (Since all orders are manufactured on demand specially for your order - we do not allow cancellation once the order is printed)

*Please note that the product can't be replaced/return if there is a size issue, To prevent this from happening please use the size chart provided on the product page.

We only accept replacement if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. Once approved, we will send the replacement of the same product in 3-5 days.

If product is unavailable the refund will be processed from our end within 24 hours from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in form of store credit within 24 hrs after a successful verification of the product by our team.

Important Points To Read About Return:

  • You can request for a replacement for your order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • Return money will credit in Store2Home Store credit and will deduct ₹60 of shipping and ₹90 for taking back the product upto 500g and after every 500g cost gets doubled.

Rules for the Order Cancellation:

  • If order is cancelled by the customer refund will be credited in the wallet of Strore2Home.
  • If order is cancelled by us amount will be credited in the main source of payment.


All the refunds will be processed within 24 hrs. after we have received the product. Customers should ensure that product should not be damaged while returning it, all the tags and packaging should be undamaged. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customized on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.
